What I Do

Instructional Design

From needs analysis to design, creating a training program requires careful thought and consideration. I have 20 years experience working with stakeholders to design learning content that enables their teams using adult learning methodologies and modalities.

Audio Production / Podcasting

People learn in many different ways. Studies have shown that clean audio can make or break a learning initiative. I have years of experience in audio editing, as well as creating podcasts (which is a great way to disseminate information).

Video Production

Employees are swamped with their regular activities, so they require content that is easy to digest. I design micro-videos that provide the information they need to build confidence and be successful.

Software Simulations

Most people learn more by rolling up their sleeves and practicing. Software simulations help employees build the confidence they need to handle real-world situations.
